Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Intimate items (bras, underwear)
- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
