We ship to the United States and internationally. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

15-Day Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If the size or style is not quite right, we gladly accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please note we offer exchanges only – we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
How to Start an Exchange
- Email help@luxesire.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
- We will reply with simple instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship your replacement.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us a photo at help@luxesire.com within 15 days of delivery and we will make it right at no extra cost.
